Our Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

Our first big event back together as a community after the pandemic! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the afternoon, to the choir for singing, to St Mary's Church for providing 100 scones and to all the staff for allowing children and families time together. It was a joy to celebrate the Queen's long reign with you all! 

RockSteady Assembly

Rocksteady have taken over providing small group music tuition, in addition to our music curriculum. Everyone enjoyed an experience listening to live music today!

Afro Samba

The children enjoyed another live performance this year from the Afro Samba group. The rhythm was fantastic! 

Children across the school took part in a day focused on developing their artistic skills through self-portraits. They learnt about Hans Holbein (of Rucstall Primary School, Hobein Close) and used different techniques, materials and styles to create their own pieces. 

Ash, Fir and Hazel Class enjoyed meeting some farmyard animals and learning about how to care for them. Our new Reception cohort for September 2022 children and parents also joined us. We all enjoyed meeting the animals!

Keeping cool at Rucstall

When the heatwave arrived we knew just how to keep cool during our breaktimes! 

It was fantastic to have all families back together to celebrate the children's athletic abilities! Well done to this year's winners - Centaur House!
