Christmas has arrived at Rucstall Primary School

Each class made decorations for our Festival Place tree.

The tree can be seen in Festival Place on 3rd and 10th December.

The whole school took part in positive noticing day.

We received labels with a written comment about us.

It was a very positive experience for all.

Our positive messages were tied to our bags.

Remembrance 2022

A wreath was laid at the War Memorial on behalf of us all at Rucstall Primary School.

Members of the uniformed groups lay tributes.

Sparklers around the fire pit

Safe handling of sparklers is part of our Safety Passport.

We all enjoyed the fire pit and the sparklers.

We even toasted marshmallows.

Pumpkin Carving

We had to remove all the seeds and flesh from inside the pumpkins.

Many parents/carers gave up their time to assist us with the pumpkin carving.

We made sure that we were using sharp knives carefully.

Celebrating Diwali

Ash class made Diva lamps to help celebrate Diwali.

We recogised and celebrated the Hindu festival of Diwali with a special lunch.

We enjoyed a delicious Diwali lunch together.
