Year R/EYFS and Year 3 admissions

If you are interested in your child starting with us in Reception (YR/EYFS) or Year 3 (Key Stage Two) then please always check this page for our open days for a full tour of the school and meeting with the Headteacher. 

Other year group admissions

If you are interested in your child joining us in another year group, then please contact the school office to express an interest in a tour and meeting with the Headteacher. We prefer the personal touch and welcome parents/carers to look around the school before placement offers are made or applications received. Once you have decided that Rucstall Primary School is the right place for your child, and we have confirmed an available place, the below link takes you through the electronic application process.

Following applications, we aim to notify parents/carers of their application outcome, and details about their right to appeal, within 10 working days - 15 days in writing.
