Rucstall Primary School

A caring, fun loving, learning community

Welcome to Hazel class page

Week beginning 1st June 2020

Hello Hazel class,

I hope you have had a fabulous half term and have been enjoying this beautiful weather?

I have been extra busy this week but I have managed to spend some time sewing and looking after my pets. I did remember to put my sun cream on so I would be safe in the garden!

I'm looking forward to going back to school next week and working with some of the children. I have uploaded some offsite work for you to have a try at home.

Take care Hazel class, I hope to see you all soon!

Week beginning 25th May 2020

Hello Hazel Class,

Given than next week would be half term, we are not setting our usual work. However, if you would like to keep occupied, and prefer some continued structure, we are posting three competitions for next week.

There will be a mathematics, English and science competition running. You can try as many of them as you like, it is up to you! But please remember to spend some time with your family and enjoy this lovely weather we are having.

All the information for the competitions are below.

Happy Half Term!

I hope you have all been keeping well and have been able to enjoy the wonderful weather we have been having. I look forward to your return to school and to hear about everything you have been up to.

I will be posting some home learning tasks on here. I’ve planned the home learning tasks to link as closely to the learning taking place in school. Please use the ‘learning for all’ page for more ideas of things to do at home.

I would like to remind you that these are activities and there is no expectation for all of it to be completed, they are there to give you ideas and support you at home. It is important that we focus on looking after each other and showing true kindness.

Easter Holidays

Given that next week is the start of the Easter holidays, we will only be posting material for one of those weeks. This is to enable you some continued structure, should you desire this, but to also allow all families time to spend together during what would usually be a time without any school work.

Happy Easter from all the Rucstall Primary School Team!
